Hello, fellow readers!

I’m Danielle, and I’m letting you know right away that I am not a niche reader. I read a variety of things because there is so much to explore in the book world. I’ve tried focusing this blog on only particular genres, but that doesn’t work for me. I jump between different genres and am interested in exploring types of books I haven’t read before.

I also have varying interests that don’t always mesh well together. I am an endlessly curious person and am fascinated by so many things. However, I will say that I really love history and am drawn to historical fiction a lot. But I’m also exploring sci-fi and horror a lot more, too.

Besides books, I also enjoy posting about writing. I’ve been a lifelong reader and writer. I’ve always wanted to be an author, or at least a full-time writer. Writing is something I’ve struggled with in adulthood, but I’d like to make it a daily habit again.
